Please note that only traders can register with us. Please fill out the registration form first and upload the requested documents directly, filled out and signed if possible:

You can also upload your documents later under "My account" > "Upload documents". After we have checked your documents, our service team will contact you for further procedures. The currently applicable fees for using the WOM auction platform can be found here: Overview of fees.

Go to our login pageto register with the WOM residual value exchange and enter your email address and password. You have various options to customize your account to your needs. Go to "My Account" to display your account settings. Here you can manage your contact details, password, preferred language (German, English) and your newsletter registration.

For security reasons, we recommend that you change your password regularly. If you would like to be informed by email about special promotions, events and other news at WOM, please select "Yes" for subscriptions and confirm. You can also unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.

In the WOM residual value exchange you have three different options for providing us with vehicle data and setting up your vehicles for determining residual value:

We offer interfaces to all conventional expertise programs such as Audafusion, EasyExpert, Combi Plus, Nextsoft, Sprintus Expert, DAT, Optima Fides and Dynarex. Simply store your WOM access data in your program and transfer all relevant vehicle data automatically.

Send an e-mail with the following information to

  • Copy of the vehicle registration document
  • At least 5 photos - we recommend more
  • Description of damage
  • Calculation
  • Location of the vehicle including postcode
  • Desired duration of setting (24-36 hours or longer)
  • Max. 200 characters in the subject line


Web Mask
Log in to your WOM account and enter all vehicle data in the web mask under "Vehicle Setup" to set up your vehicle on WOM. We recommend that you provide as much vehicle data, damage descriptions and pictures as possible so that our bidders can make you an offer in line with the market. With complete data and vehicle images, the interest and also the offer can often be somewhat higher.

After the offer expiration (auction end), you will receive the bid sheet by email and, on request, a regional bid sheet, which contains all relevant information on bids and bidders as well as the further procedure. All bids are binding for 3 weeks, i.e. within this time the vehicle owner can express his wish to sell by contacting directly or by filling out the following form: Sell vehicle.

If the vehicle owner has agreed to the sale, our processing service team supports the complete purchase procedure for every sale. Our service team takes care of the following areas in particular:

  • Exchange of contact and location data
  • Informative support with the purchase contract (deposit of your own purchase contract possible)
  • Clarification of the collection criteria (possibly special agreements)
  • Clarification of the processing for financed and leased vehicles
  • Contract template and pick up authorization for vehicle registration
  • Trust service (exchange of vehicle documents and residual value)

The vehicle is usually collected from the buyer within 6 working days after the promise of sale.
